GRILLED ONION, GARLIC & HERB VEGETABLES

Ingredients

6 cups assorted vegetables, washed and cut into uniform size (baby potatoes, carrots, zucchini, beets, yellow peppers)
1 Tbsp. Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil
1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
1 Tbsp. Onion Garlic & Herb Seasoning
Black pepper

Instructions

Heat oven to 450°F. Spray 15" x 10" x 1" pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, toss all ingredients to coat. Spread evenly in pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking time, until vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
